Conditions and restrictions for top-ups

 

 
- Valid from 05/19/23 to 07/19/23
- The valid time to use the benefit is 3 days from the recharge and it will only apply to the web.
- The benefit starts from the recharge of S/15.00 nuevos soles.
- In case of recharges greater than S/.25.00, the maximum value of benefit that will be granted is S/7.00 nuevos soles.
- If the client does not have a TUSAMI account, an SMS will be sent reminding them of the benefit they have for recharging.
- In the event that a Postpaid customer recharges, the benefit will not be granted.
 
Conditions and restrictions for payments on time
 
- Valid from 05/19/23 to 07/19/23
- The valid time to use the benefit is 7 days from the time the customer made the payment on time (before the end of the cycle) and it will only apply to the web.
- The benefit begins in postpaid plans similar to or greater than 39.90 receipt.
- In the case of plans higher than 99.9, the maximum benefit value that will be granted is S/25.00 nuevos soles.
- In case the client does not have a TUSAMI account, an SMS will be sent reminding him of the benefit that he has to pay on time.
- For users of My Plan, the benefit will be available if the plan fee belongs to the table detailed above.
- These benefits do not apply to corporate clients.
